ZERO JUNK Text Messaging Program
Program Description
ZERO JUNK offers an optional SMS messaging service for customers who choose to receive their one-time login codes and order updates via text message. You may opt in during checkout or from your account settings.
How to Opt In
During checkout, you can choose to save your information for faster future purchases. When you do, you will be asked how you would like to receive your one-time login code:
- Email — Your login code will be sent to your email address.
- Text Message (SMS) — Your login code will be sent to your phone via SMS.
Selecting “Text Message (SMS)” constitutes your consent to receive text messages from ZERO JUNK. You may also opt in from the login page or your account settings.
Message Types & Frequency
If you opt in to SMS, you may receive the following types of messages:
- One-time login verification codes
- Order confirmation notifications
- Shipping and delivery updates
- Subscription reminders
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Typically 1-5 messages per month.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. ZERO JUNK does not charge for SMS messages.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message from ZERO JUNK
- Changing your preference to Email in your account settings

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.
